Abstract
Τα «Εσωτερικά τοπία» γεννήθηκαν από την ανάγκη μου για επαναπροσδιορισμό της μνήμης ως ενεργού χώρου. Τα έργα λειτουργούν ως πεδία επιστροφής – όχι σε συγκεκριμένους τόπους αλλά σε καταστάσεις ύπαρξης – όπου αναζητώ την αίσθηση, ισορροπίας και προστασίας. Με ενδιαφέρει η έννοια του τόπου ως εσωτερική κατασκευή. Το τοπίο δεν αναπαριστά αλλά ενεργοποιεί. Δεν περιγράφει το παρελθόν, αλλά το επαναφέρει στο παρόν ως βιωματική εμπειρία. Η ζωγραφική διαδικασία αποτελεί μια τελετουργία μετάβασης. Η μουσική είναι το μυσταγωγικό όχημα. Ο ρυθμός και η ακατέργαστη ενέργεια του ήχου δημιουργούν ένα ενδιάμεσο πεδίο, όπου η μνήμη ενεργοποιείται και η χειρονομία αποκτά παλμό. Μέσα σε αυτό το ηχητικό περιβάλλον ενισχύεται η σωματικότητα και η αμεσότητα της έκφρασης. Η μουσική δεν αποτελεί μέρος της έκθεσης ως ακουστικό στοιχείο αλλά είναι ο αόρατος μηχανισμός που καθιστά δυνατή τη μετάβαση προς τα εσωτερικά τοπία. Σε μια συνθήκη διαρκούς κίνησης και αβεβαιότητας, η επιστροφή σε μια εσωτερική γεωγραφία αντιστέκεται σε αυτό που δεν έχω ζήσει. Η μνήμη δεν λειτουργεί ως αναπόληση, αλλά είναι τόπος αναφοράς και αυτογνωσίας. Τα «Εσωτερικά τοπία» συγκροτούν ένα χώρο, όπου η ταυτότητα δεν ορίζεται από το τοπίο, αλλά από την εσωτερική του ενέργεια. Τα «Εσωτερικά τοπία» αποτελούνται από 12 ζωγραφικά έργα, κυρίως ελαιογραφίες και μικτής τεχνικής ζωγραφική σε καμβά. Τα έργα αυτά είναι μεγάλων διαστάσεων με έντονα χρώματα.
Abstract in english
The “Internal Landscapes” emerged from my need to redefine memory as an active space. The works function as fields of return—not to specific places, but to states of being—where I seek a sense of balance and protection. I am interested in the concept of place as an internal construct. The landscape does not represent; it activates. It does not describe the past but reintroduces it into the present as a lived experience. The painting process becomes a ritual of transition. Music acts as the initiatory vehicle. The rhythm and raw energy of sound create an intermediate field where memory is activated, and gesture painting acquires a pulse. Within this sonic environment, the physicality and immediacy of expression are intensified. Music is not part of the exhibition as an audible element, but rather the invisible mechanism that makes the transition toward the internal landscapes possible. In a condition of constant movement and uncertainty, returning to an internal geography resist that which I have not lived. Memory does not function as recollection, but as a point of reference and self-awareness. The “Internal Landscapes” construct a space where identity is not defined by the landscape, but by its internal energy. The “Internal Landscapes” consist of 12 mostly oil paintings and mixed media technique paintings on canvas. The paintings are large-scale works, bursting with bright and vibrant colors.

Η Αναστασία Παυλοπούλου είναι εικαστικός και απόφοιτος της Ανωτάτης Σχολής Καλών Τεχνών της Αθήνας (2026), του Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών «Μάρκετινγκ και Επικοινωνία με Νέες Τεχνολογίες» του Οικονομικού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών (2013), καθώς και του Τμήματος Διοίκησης Μονάδων Υγείας και Πρόνοιας του ΤΕΙ Αθήνας (2004). Με τη ζωγραφική εστιάζει κυρίως στη διερεύνηση ζητημάτων ταυτότητας και μνήμης. Το τοπίο προσεγγίζεται ως μια εσωτερική κατασκευή μέσα από την οποία αναδύονται αναμνήσεις και αναβιώνουν παλιά συναισθήματα. Με αυτήν τη διαδικασία επιστρέφει σε μια πρωταρχική κατάσταση ύπαρξης, επιδιώκοντας να αναδείξει την εσωτερική ενέργεια του τοπίου και τη δυναμική των μορφών που το συγκροτούν. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε ομαδικές εκθέσεις στο πλαίσιο του Platforms Project, στο Ανθρωποζωικό Σύμπλεγμα στο Εργαστήριο του Γιάννη Παππά - του Μουσείου Μπενάκη, καθώς και σε έκθεση της Στέγης Τεχνών Σ. Τρύφων στο λιμάνι του Μολύβου, στο πλαίσιο του Θερινού Εργαστηρίου Ιστορίας και Πολιτισμού Βορείου Αιγαίου.

Anastasia Pavlopoulou is a visual artist. She is a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts (2026), holds an MA in Marketing and Communication with New Technologies from the Athens University of Economics and Business (2013), and a degree in Health and Social Care Management from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens (2004). Ηer practice focuses on the exploration of identity and memory. She approaches
landscape as an internal construct, through which memories emerge and past emotions are awakened. Through this process, she returns to a primal state of being, aiming to reveal the landscape’s inner energy and the dynamic relationships between the forms that compose it. She has participated in a group exhibition at Platforms Project, in a group exhibition with the title “Homo Animalis” at the Yannis Pappas Studio – Benaki Museum, as well as in an exhibition organized by the S.Tryfon Art Residency at Molyvos Harbour that was part of the North Aegean History and Culture Summer Workshop.
