dc.description.cv	H Ιωάννα Κερεφιάδου , γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη, όπου και έζησε μέχρι τα δεκαοχτώ της χρόνια. Με την εισαγωγή της στην Ανώτατη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών το 2018, μετακόμισε στην Αθήνα όπου ζει σήμερα. Στην Α.Σ.Κ.Τ., αποφοίτησε από το Α΄ Εργαστήριο Γλυπτικής , με Καθηγητή τον Ν. Τρανό. Υπήρξε μέλος των εργαστηρίων της μαρμαρογλυπτικής και της βίντεο τέχνης. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολλές εκθέσεις και εικαστικά εργαστήρια τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Ενώ έχει διακριθεί σε τρεις διαγωνισμούς τέχνης, κερδίζοντας το πρώτο, το δεύτερο και το τρίτο βραβείο αντίστοιχα. Έλαβε υποτροφία από το Ι.Κ.Υ. για τη συμμετοχή της σε έναν κύκλο μαθημάτων τρισδιάστατου σχεδιασμού στο Riga Technical University, της Λετονίας. Συμμετείχε σε ευρωπαϊκά προγράμματα στη Γερμανία, στην Πορτογαλία και στη Γαλλία με αντικείμενο την τέχνη, τον πολιτισμό και τη μετανάστευση. Πηγή έμπνευσής της αποτελούν κοινωνικά και ιστορικά στοιχεία τα οποία την οδηγούν να συγκρίνει το σήμερα με το χθες και να αποτυπώσει αυτά που για αυτήν είναι σημαντικά και έχουν χαθεί ή έχουν αλλάξει μορφή. Μία νοσταλγία για πράγματα και καταστάσεις που δεν έχει βιώσει αλλά ίσως να ήθελε να συμβαίνουν σήμερα. Η σύγκριση του παρόντος με το παρελθόν που βίωσε ή έχει διδαχθεί , της γεννά καθημερινά νέες ιδέες. Έτσι , επιχειρεί να ανατρέψει στοιχεία τόσο του παρόντος όσο και του παρελθόντος, επιλέγοντας κάθε φορά στο έργο της, κάποια από αυτά, έχοντας δημιουργήσει ήδη κάποια έργα και συνεχίζει στην ίδια κατεύθυνση. Ioanna Kerefiadou was born and raised in Thessaloniki until the age of eighteen. Following her admission to the Athens School of Fine Arts in 2018, she moved to Athens where she resides today. In A.S.F.A., she graduated from the A’ Sculpture Workshop, with Professor N.Tranos. She was involved in the marble sculpture and video art studios. She has taken part in many international group exhibitions, workshops, and her work has been distinguished in three art competitions, winning first, second and the third prize respectively. She received a scholarship from the I.K.Y. for her participation in a 3D design course at Riga Technical University, Latvia. She has also participated in European programs in Germany, in Portugal and in France on the subjects of arts, culture and immigration. Her inspiration stems from social and historical elements which lead her to compare today with yesterday and capture what is important to her and has been lost or transformed. A nostalgia for things and situations she has not experienced but may have wanted to encounter today. Comparing the present with the experiences and lessons from her past paves the way for the birth of new ideas every day. Thus, she attempts to overturn the present and the past, each time intermingling some of their elements in her work. Having already created some projects she continues in the same direction.
