Abstract
Στη συγκεκριμένη εργασία γίνεται μια απόπειρα σύνδεσης που αφορά στην εξέλιξη του κινηματογράφου και στην σύνδεση του με το κινητό τηλέφωνο. Ξεκινώντας αξίζει να αναφερθούμε στους αδελφούς Lumiere η οποίοι κατασκεύασαν την πρώτη κινηματογραφική μηχανή το 1894 και εκκίνησαν να διαμορφώνουν τον κινηματογράφο. Η εφεύρεση του κινηματογράφου τοποθετείται χρονικά σε μια μεταβατική στιγμή του πολιτιστικού πανοράματος του μοντέρνου τρόπου ζωής. Καθώς η βιομηχανική πόλη αναδυόταν και επεκτεινόταν. Παράλληλα η εξάπλωση των μέσων μαζικής επικοινωνίας και η εξέλιξη του διαδικτύου δημιουργεί μια νέα πραγματικότητα. Η καθημερινή ζωή των πολιτών αλλάζει μιας και προσφέρονται τεράστιες ποσότητες πληροφοριών μέσα σε ένα ταχύτατο παγκόσμιο σύστημα επικοινωνίας. Ταυτόχρονα με το διαδίκτυο, αναπτύσσεται το ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο και οι ομάδες συζήτησης ανθρώπων με συμμετέχοντες από κάθε γωνία του πλανήτη. Η ευχρηστία αυτού του νέου μέσου είναι κα το ίδιο το πρόβλημα του. Η περιήγηση στο διαδίκτυο μπορούμε να πούμε ότι μοιάζει με έναν απέραντο λαβύρινθο με αδιέξοδα και αναπάντεχες διεξόδους. Αναλύοντας τα παραπάνω επιστέφουμε σε αυτό που είχε ισχυριστεί ο Comolli, ότι καμία τεχνολογία δεν είναι ουδέτερος μεταδότης του κόσμου «εκεί έξω». Έπειτα από εκατό και πλέον χρόνια από την πρώτη κινηματογραφική ταινία η ιστορία έχει πάρει μια απρόσμενη τροπή. Με τι Instagram ο χρόνος προβολής της επιλεγμένης εικόνας είναι περιορισμένος τόσο ως προς τη διάρκεια όσο και ως προς το χρόνο που θα παραμείνει στη διαθεσιμότητα των υπολοίπων χρηστών. Η κάμερα του τηλεφώνου, σε αντίθεση με την παραδοσιακή φωτογραφική μηχανή είναι πανταχού παρούσα. Κρατά τον χρήστη σε μια εγρήγορση, έτοιμο να καταγράψει οτιδήποτε συμβεί γύρω του και θεωρεί πως έχει κάποια αξία. Ίσως και είναι αυτός ο λόγος πως οι χρήστες των κινητών τηλεφώνων αναλαμβάνουν χρέη ερασιτέχνη φωτορεπόρτερ. Με αυτό το τρόπο η κάμερα δεν χρησιμοποιείται μόνο για αποθανατίσει αξιοσημείωτες στιγμές αλλά βρίσκεται μαζί με τα εκάστοτε υποκείμενο για μια άμεση και συνεχή καταγραφή της ζωής. Οι εφευρέσεις των αδελφών Lumiere καθόρισαν την έναρξη της ιστορίας του κινηματογράφου, αλλά τα νέα μέσα ουσιαστικά τροποποίησαν τη χρήση των ανακαλύψεων τους.
Abstract in english
In this particular essay an attempt is being made that concerns the evolution of cinema and it’ s connection to the cell phone. Starting, it’ s worth mentioning the Lumiere brothers, who created first the movie camera in 1894 and began to form the cinema. The invention of cinema is placed in a transitional time for the cultural panorama of the modern life. As the industrial city emerges and expands, the cinema became the center of this transition as it appeared from a changing optic field that was marked by transformations in the history of art, visual representation and the city design. We could say that the cinema emerged by a moving “architectural” way of seeing. A long side the expanding of the media and the development of the intent creates a new reality. The everyday life of the citizens changes because of the vast amounts of information are offered in a fast global communication system. At the same time with the internet, the expanding of the E-mail and the demission group of people with participants from around the world. It’ s easy usability of this new means is it’ s exact problem. Browsing the internet we could say, seems like a huge labyrinth with dead ends and unexpected exists. Analyzing the above, we return to what Comolli, has asserted, that technology is not a neutral transmitter of the world “out there”. After more than a hundred years from the first cinematic movie from the Lumiere brothers, history has taken – probably- an unexpected turn. With the Instagram, the time of viewing the selected image is limited both in terms of duration as well as in terms of time which it will remain available to other users. The cell phones camera in contradiction with the traditional photographic camera is familiar and ubiquitous present. It keeps the user in a constant vigilance ready to record everything that is happening around him and is considered that it may have some significance or value. Maybe that is the reason why cell phone users take in amateur press photographer. In a way, the camera isn’ t used only to note remarkable moments but is with each subject for an immediate and continuous recording of life. The Lumiere brothers invention determined the beginning of cinemas history but the new means mainly modified the use of their discovery.
