| dc.description.abstract | Πρόκειται για ένα διαδραστικό παιχνίδι εμπνευσμένο από το μίσος μου για τη δουλειά μου σε ένα φούρνο και τη ζωή στην πόλη. Ο θεατής γίνεται παίκτης και καλείται να πάρει τον έλεγχο. Μέσω μιας χιουμοριστικής εξιστόρησης, ζει μια μέρα της καθημερινότητάς μου, όπου ανάλογα τις επιλογές του, οδηγείται σε διαφορετικά αποτελέσματα και συμβάντα της ιστορίας. Στον τοίχο δίπλα του αναπτύσσεται ο χάρτης των επιλογών του παιχνιδιού με κιμωλία, δημιουργώντας ένα χώρο που παραπέμπει σε ψυχογεωγραφία, στην εξερεύνηση όχι ενός υπαρκτού, αλλά ενός ψηφιακού κόσμου, που αναφέρεται όμως σε έναν υπαρκτό. Στο σύνολο του έργου διακρίνουμε και αναφορές στην Καταστασιακή Διεθνής. Ο χάρτης του παιχνιδιού αναλύει τις επιλογές που μπορεί κάποιος να κάνει στο παιχνίδι με σχήματα και βελάκια, ξεκινώντας από την αρχή του παιχνιδιού και φτάνοντας μέχρι το τέλος το οποίο συνδέεται πάλι με την αρχή. Εκτός από σχήματα και βελάκια χρησιμοποιούνται ζωγραφιές και λέξεις-κλειδιά που δηλώνουν σημεία - σταθμούς του παιχνιδιού ή αποτελέσματα επιλογών, έτσι ώστε ο παίκτης να μπορεί να το ακολουθήσει και πιθανώς να προβλέψει την πορεία του και τα πιθανά αποτελέσματά του στο παιχνίδι. Ο χάρτης αναπτύσσεται σε όλους τους τοίχους του μαύρου δωματίου καλώντας τον παίκτη να κάνει το γύρο του προκειμένου να το διαβάσει όλο. | |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This is an interactive game inspired by my hatred for my job at a bakery and my life in the city environment. The spectator becomes a player and is called to take control of the story. Through a funny story, the player lives a day of my everyday life and depending on their choices, they end up with different results and story outcomes. On the walls around it the spectator can see the choice map of the game made of chalk. It creates a space which remind us of psychological geography, which explores a digital and not a physical space, though it refers to a physical space. Through the whole project we can see tributes to Internationale Situationniste. The maps of the game analyzes the choices one can make during the game, using shapes and arrows, starting from the beginning and going all the way to the end, which connects once more with the beginning. Aside from shapes and arrows, drawings and key-words are used which declare checkpoints of the game or results of choices. In that way, players can follow the diagram and possibly predict the outcome of their route and their choices in the game. The map is drawn on all the walls of the black room, making the player to go around it so they can read it all. | en |
