| dc.description.abstract | Η θεωρητική βάση του έργου μου εξετάζει πώς, στη σύγχρονη ψηφιακή εποχή, η εικόνα έχει υπερβεί την εμπειρία και η κατανάλωση έχει μετατραπεί σε τρόπο ύπαρξης. Μέσα από τον Baudrillard, τον Debord, τον Han και την Berlant, αναδεικνύω το πώς η υπερπραγματικότητα, το θέαμα, η επίδοση και η σκληρή αισιοδοξία εγκλωβίζουν το άτομο σε έναν αέναο κύκλο επιθυμίας, σύγκρισης και εξάντλησης. Η θεωρία μου φωτίζει τη μετάβαση από το πραγματικό στο κατασκευασμένο, από το βίωμα στο simulacrum, αποκαλύπτοντας τις ψυχικές και κοινωνικές συνέπειες του να ζούμε πλέον μέσα σε μια συνεχή ροή εικόνων που υπόσχονται πολλά και προσφέρουν ελάχιστα. | |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | The theoretical foundation of my work examines how, in the contemporary digital era, the image has surpassed lived experience and consumption has been transformed into a mode of existence. Drawing on Baudrillard, Debord, Han, and Berlant, I highlight how hyperreality, the spectacle, performance, and cruel optimism entrap the individual in an endless cycle of desire, comparison, and exhaustion. My theory sheds light on the transition from the real to the constructed, from lived experience to the simulacrum, revealing the psychological and social consequences of living within a continuous flow of images that promise much and deliver very little. | en |
